You are fully covered by the UK Consumer Contract Regulations (if purchased as a consumer for non-commercial use). You have 14 days starting the day after delivery takes place to let us know that you wish to cancel and return an item for a refund. Just email us and we will supply the necessary return details for you to send the item(s) back. All you will need to do is return within 14 days of cancellation and pay the return delivery costs. If you return the whole order then you will receive a complete refund except for any premium delivery service requested otherwise it will just be a partial refund to cover the actual item(s) returned, less a deduction if there are related promotional, special or bulk discounts that need reversing. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items or proof of return.
Occasionally a mistake may be made when packing your order or the courier may have damaged the parcel and something is missing. Just email us as soon as possible (the details are on the delivery note) and we will get it sorted for you.
Not to worry. All goods are covered just as if purchased in a shop so if something is faulty or broken we will sort it for you. Typically we will refund the item and if you can provide proof of fault then often there will be no need to return to us.
Whilst in your possession you should take care to look after goods and keep then in good condition if you think you may wish to return. The regulations are not a try before you buy scheme but one allowing you to inspect the goods as if browsing in a physical shop. Should you decide you don't like the goods then you can return (see above) but you should ensure they are kept in good condition otherwise you may be liable to any loss in resale value which will be deducted from any refund due. Some goods may be sealed or speically protected for safe transport, you will need to repack in a similar and safe manner should you wish to return.
If you have purchased for business, trade or commercial use the Consumer Contract Regulations do not apply. However if notified within 14 days we will usually agree to a cancellation request but no postage costs will be refundable and all returned goods must be in as supplied condition, unused and still sealed packs (where applicable).
